The Enercon Condensate Removal Unit is unconditionally guaranteed by Enercon Systems, Inc. against defects in material and workmanship while it is the property of the original purchaser. Should such defects occur, Enercon will replace said unit(s) free of charge. This warranty covers the Condensate Removal Units only; the Y-strainer, blow down valve or other parts of the Enercon Assembly are not covered. The warranty applies to normal use and not to defects caused by intentional damage or unreasonable use. It does not cover plugging or other problems resulting from system conditions rather than defective material or workmanship. In honoring this warranty, Enercon's sole responsibility is to replace defective condensate removal units, and does not cover labor, material or other costs incurred in the installation of said replacement unit(s).

Enercon will exchange and resize, free of charge except for shipping, any purchased units that must be replaced due to steam system modification, expansion or process changes. Should units needed exceed the number originally purchased, the excess will be billed to customer at then current prices.
